And They Called Her Spider (Galvanic Century #1) by Michael Coorlim

Image
Synopsis: Galvanic Century is set in an alternate steampunk world where the reign of Queen Victoria has extended well into the early 20th century. As the world edges inexorably towards a World War that few can even begin to anticipate, brave men and women must contend with airship pirates, clockwork assassins, galvanic monsters, and anarchist madmen. In their debut adventure, London is in the grip of an unstoppable assassin known only as the Spider, and consulting detectives James Wainwright and Alton Bartleby have been commissioned to catch her.  Can the surly inventor and savvy gentleman track her down and stop her string of murders, or will Queen Victoria be her next victim? Review: And They Called Her Spider was such a fun read. I wasn't expecting much since it is a novella and they are not always that good, but I just loved this one. This is the story of Barnaby and Wainwright trying to find the secret assassin Spider before it is too late. Spider has b

Beast Part 4: An Erotic Fairy Tale Synopsis: If you read Beast part three, and you should have, since these are serials, I don't think I need to entice you to one-click this novella. Beast and Annabelle are f*cked - and you know they're f*ckING, too. Grab your guns and a few extra pairs of panties! We're on the lam, and it's sexier than ever. Review: Alright, Beast part 4 . What to say about this last part of the story? Well it was kind of a mess for me. The first part I didn't like that much because the end was like he raped her which is not cool, not like he was dominating and she was into it. It got better with parts two and three and I was excited to see how they would get out of the mess they are in. Beast had been locked up in solitary and stuffed full of drugs to keep him crazy, and Annabelle was there to warn him that someone was going to try to kill him that day. Only the DA comes in to do just that and things take a bad turn with Annabelle

Beast Part 3: An Erotic Fairy Tale Synopsis: Return to La Rosa Prison as Annabelle tries to save Beast from his grizzly fate. Her tongue and hands are doing most of the saving.  Okay, not really.  There's suspense and a healthy dose of smut, too. You know that's how you like it...  In all seriousness, this is an adult book that deals with a variety of intense and mature topics. It's also a novella. If you dislike reading stories in installments, or are a prude, a whiner, or other unsavory sort of character, this may not be a good read for you.  Review: Gah Beast Part 3 ...I don't know how they are going to get out of this in the last part. At the end of Part 2 we have Beast being drug off into solitary by the crazy DA who has a grudge against him. Uma, the model druggie from the first part that was killed in the car accident, was the DA's granddaughter. Man things don't look good for Beast and Annabelle doesn't really have a way to r

Beast Part 2: An Erotic Fairy Tale Synopsis: Continue the dark, erotic journey of Annabelle, the warden's daughter, and the man she's pined for since her girlhood. No longer Cal Hammond, actor, Beast is a brutal man who runs the prison's gangs from behind a shroud of secrecy and lies. Can Annabelle's love save him from his tainted past, or will his deceit ruin both of them?  *Beast 2 is a serial novella. If you don't like novellas, or reading stories in installments, this probably isn't for you. It deals with intense subjects and features absolutely panty-melting sex. If you're on a bus, in the subway, in your office, or babysitting innocent children, I'd advise you to read this story later. If you just can't wait, be warned. Beast will make you wet.  Review: Phew. Beast Part 2 is so much more intense than the first part. I think I just didn't care for the set up and the sexy time at the end of the first part. Felt too much

Release Day: The Air He Breathes by Brittainy C. Cherry

Available now on Amazon * Amazon.de * Goodreads Synopsis: I was warned about Tristan Cole. “Stay away from him,” people said. “He’s cruel.” “He’s cold.” “He’s damaged.” It’s easy to judge a man because of his past. To look at Tristan and see a monster. But I couldn’t do that. I had to accept the wreckage that lived inside of him because it also lived inside of me. We were both empty. We were both looking for something else. Something more. We both wanted to put together the shattered pieces of our yesterdays. Then perhaps we could finally remember how to breathe. Review: Wow The Air He Breathes was just an incredible read. It is one of those books that just broke me down, but then put me back together in a much better way. One of those books where I care so much for the characters that I feel everything. It has been a long time since I have had a book affect me as much as this one and it was amazing. Elizabeth and Tristan have both

For how long can it survive under the pressure of separation? Are either of them prepared to give up what they have for the other?  But distance isn’t the only obstacle Anna and Ethan face. Ultimately they have to decide whether they want to share a future together. Review: New Year in Manhattan is the last book in this novella series. While I did enjoy reading them all Anna is annoying. If she could just talk to Ethan like a normal person most of their problems would be resolved.  At the end of the last book Ethan went back to New York, Anna stayed in London, but the

Hansel Part 3: An Erotic Fairy Tale Synopsis: In part three of Hansel's story...Limits are pushed, walls come down, and secrets are revealed. Fairy tales are cautionary tales, remember?  *This is a dark, erotic romance, and is part three in a four-part serial series. Review: *Note: you should have read the first two parts before starting this one. This is a continuation of the same story* Hansel, Part 3 is another great chapter to this amazing story. It is dark, it is hot, it is gritty, it is amazing.  At the end of the last part Luke was trying to get Leah to go and leave him be. He has a hard time with his past and everything he did. He doesn't think Leah would want to be around him if she knew what he did. You don't know everything yet, but you get more glimpses in this one and woah. BOOK 1 IN THE NEW CRAVE SERIES Review: The best thing about All Your Reasons is that is was a really short, quick read. It doesn't really have much substance to it so it was just blah.  Presley is this girl who apparently falls in love with everyone instantly and doesn't mak
